The shop assistants had excellent product knowledge of all the items you sell. They gave me a lot of guidance on all the different mattresses that are available on the market and highlighted their advantages, compared them to each other and made the whole decision process (which I ususally find the hardest) as easy as possible. They were also very polite and extremely patient, which made my shopping experience exceptionally pleasant. They even offered some refreshments while we were placing our order, which made us feel like VIP customers.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable with the items we wanted to discuss with her. She was also cheerful anD made us feel welcome to try the products out and was offering possible other alternatives to suit our needs. She also offered us hot drinks which was very nice and with this level of customer service we would recommend friends and family to seek her out.
