Chayla was professional, friendly, approachable and very helpful. She listened to our needs and made good recommendations, showing us what we needed to look at and consider for our specific needs. She has excellent product knowledge and was very positive about the store and the quality of the products they stocked.

Arrived at the store with my family, greeted by Amy in the Lincoln branch, product knowledge and personal skills excellent, we were offered a hot drink while placing order which was a nice touch, I wanted a quick delivery and to spend no more than £1000, Amy managed this and I got everything and more than I wanted. So please I got my bed from Dreams, rather than other stores in Lincoln. My while experience was Personal, Simple and brilliant. Personal: extremely helpful staff, great face to face skills, personal touch with hot drinks and conversations. Simple: easy to view beds and mattresses, order process efficient, quick and easy, Brilliant: brilliant experiences, made by staff and store. I'm really happy overall and if you do discuss customer feedback as part of coaching with your staff Amy was excellent!

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. We found something we liked. We cannot comment on the quality of the item as we are waiting for it to be delivered.

I found that the assistant (Reece) was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me sort out a bed and Mattress to be delivered at the earliest possible time slot. Excellent service from the Lincoln Store

The assistant was very helpful and nothing was any problem to her.l found her to be cheerful and was made at ease.the price was in our budget.the delivery was on time and the guys were great and efficient.

On entering the shop we were approach by Reece who asked us what we were looking for and took us to several mattresses to try and he was very knowledgeable about each one and showed us an example of how the mattresses where made up. When he was calculating costs etc we were asked by another assistant if we would like a drink and we had a very nice cup of tea. It was almost painless (parted with a lot of cash)
