The staff were friendly and keen to help. As it was, we didn't require assistance in finding the items we wanted to purchase but, several members checked to ask if we required anything. After deciding, Reece the colleague who dealt with us was very efficient. He kindly offered us both a tea or coffee drink as he was processing our order which was nice touch

The attention from the sales assistant (Reece) was perfect. We had not returned to another bed shop due to the pressure put on us by them there. The colleagues in Dreams were helpful but gave us space and helped us to get the best deal, pointing out discounts where we had not noticed. Fab!

The sales person (Chayla) was very helpfull and knowledgable. We were in need of a new mattress but did not know or understand the technology of modern mattresses, she took the time to explain it to us. She even offered us a drink. Chayla is an asset to your company.

Good prices, one to one service, understanding of needs, friendly staff

I was met by a member of staff on entering the store. I was asked if I needed any assistance and when I said no thank you I was left to look around in my own time. When I had made my decision Elizabeth came over and dealt with my order. She was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with.
