Amy was very helpful and professional. We said we would shop around and went to AHF but after the service we received there we came back to dreams and bought there even though it was more expensive. Amy is a credit to your company.

We arrived at the store with an hour to go until close of business, we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello and left to browse for a few minutes. A Dreams colleague came over and and asked about our requirements of which we told him and he took us straight to what turned out to be the perfect bed for us, as soon as we laid on it we knew that was the one. Reece then talked us through the options of on the base in respect of drawers etc. We ended up going for the display item at a bargain price. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect to find what we were looking for within an hour and the staff on duty are a credit to you we were not rushed in anyway and we cant wait to receive our new bed. Initial advice and support in store,left to browse,very very helpful when assistance needed again,all queries answered, coffee offered when sorting out order, extremely personable staff member Amy , extra options offered for guarantees_ not pushy sales technique at all, date for delivery very quick, 40 day try out period explained to us which is excellent, paperwork and delivery driver information clearly clarified, and lovely chit chat afterwards as a valued customer. Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Staff were happy and friendly, gave us our space to browse but checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. They were on hand for any questions we had and offered sound advice.
