i felt comfortable in the store and the store assistants werent pushy with a sell sell sell attitude. we made our decision quickly with help from the store assistants knowledge and was told we could hold delivery which was perfect for us

All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Family also recommended you with great gusto so that was enough for us and when we got to your store we was on a buy.

Amy couldn't have been more helpful. I left my cardigan in the store and she phoned to let me know after running into the car park, but we had gone. The whole service in the store was so pleasant and helpful. We were on a budget and Amy directed us to the divan she felt would help us financially. We are very pleased with service and new divan. Ian gave me all the relevant technical details then left me to sample the beds. He never pressured me to make a decision or purchase anything. I felt I had time to make a good choice knowing he was near by to answer any questions. I dislike sales persons following you around the store, I tend to leave the store without making a purchase. Ian suggested extras, some I went with, some I didn't, but again I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't want or need. Ian was very friendly and professional, offered me a drink and made my whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely return to the store and Ian is a credit o he company.
