Ian asked us if we needed any help or if we wanted to browse on our own and helped us find what we were looking for that was in our budget

I was highly satisfied because as soon as I entered the store someone was there to help me and to explain about the different types of mattress.

This was a particularly satisfying experience in all respects. The staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeably throughout, we did not feel 'pressured' in any way. It was evident that the staff were determined to represent the company in a very positive fashion through out.

The store Assistant Amy was great from the off. My wife and i did have the expectation that we would be pounced upon straight away, but actually we were able to browse until Amy clearly identified that we had absolutely no idea what we were looking at/for. She was really friendly and came across in a relaxed manner i.e not a pushy saleswoman. She went through everything with us and even after i said i wanted to look at other stores first, she understood and told us where we could go i.e. AHF and Bensons. After two terrible experiences in those stores we came back to see Amy who again gave us really good service. Our 2 year old daughter was along for the ride and one if the other assistants kept her occupied which allowed both my wife an i to look and come to the decision together, which was great. My wife was also breastfeeding our 5 week old son, Amy made it perfectly clear to my wife that she could breastfeed in store, which was great for us and certainly made my wife feel more comfortable. We certainly felt that Amy went that bot further than most, and this was certainly one of the factors that steered us towards purchasing from Dreams.
