Good choice of mattress types. Staff very helpful(Amy) but not intimidating. Excellent knowledge of what type of mattress would best suit our sleeping pattern.

The store assistant, Elizabeth was excellent.

As soon as we arrived in the shop we were greeted with a friendly smile & amy was lovely, helpful, advised us as we were undecided. So we left it afew weeks went back saw amy again told her which bed we wanted then she showed us the mattresses. I got a cuppa which was great while my daughter tested out which mattress she wanted. Did paperwork, deposit paid, job done. Thats my kind of shopping. Cheers amy xx

Ian was very friendly and helpful. We weren't sure if the bed would go up our stairs so he even gave us some cardboard so we could construct a "dummy" to see if there was enough clearance and then we went back to the next day to order the bed we wanted. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and Ian accepted that we wanted to purchase our mattress elsewhere and didn't try to persuade us to buy one from Dreams.

We were shown a range of options available in King sized mattresses on offer in the store - display items - that were very competitively priced. We went in to buy deep fitted sheets for our existing older mattress, but came away highly satisfied with the service and a replacement mattress for our bed.

Very helpful staff. Amy was able to help me whilst dealing with other customers, I was allowed to test the comfort of the mattresses and was shown what was available. Speed and efficiency of the staff member was excellent.

We were served by Amy at your Lincoln store. She was amazingly helpful even when we changed our mind, several times, she worked out all the prices and left us to choose without any pressure. Despite it being a saturday we felt like the only customers in the shop. Great service!
