The staff were very knowledgeable, more than willing to listen to our opinions, took into account my disability needs, and were just overall helpful

We came into Dreams on 6/8/21 to browse for a bed as me and my fiancé are due to move soon. We were approached by Liz and thought she was really helpful and took the time to chat to us through everything and find the right products for us using the special bed that monitored our sleeping positions and movements which we thought was great. After a quick break to think over if we wanted to proceed with the purchase we came back into the store and spoke with Natalie. She was friendly an polite and went through all the paperwork in detail and explained the process clearly. Both of them were easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable during our time in store. It was our first time in a dreams store and we recommended to a family member who has since been in to purchase a new mattress.

Whilst in the store we were welcomed by staff but not pressured in to anything and left for a bit to look around ourselves. We found the mattress we were looking for (had seen it online prior to visit) and we were very happy with the price. The staff member could see we were waiting for assistance and managed both ourselves and the other customers she was dealing with well to ensure neither of us were waiting long. She was friendly and efficient.

It helped having searched online what I was wanting but then I like to visit a store to actually see the goods I wish to purchase. Once satisfied with the quality I then placed my order. The store itself could do with warmer lighting to highlight even better the beds in sake, it just seemed a little dull, but the service was first class.

Natalie was amazing and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much.

Great service & knowledge of staff

I spoke with Elizabeth,who appears to manage the store on the telephone initially, she was very helpful.We visited the store the following day and she was able to give us all her time as there were no other customers during our visit.We already knew which bed we wanted but were able to try out all the functions first as this was from you adjustable range.Very smooth process to purchase,all questions answered. The only disappointment was the 7 week waiting time for a bed which you manufacture,I would expect you to carry more stock.
