The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful - she made further enquiries for us regarding delivery options and then gave us a very good deal on a matress and pillows - she and her colleague also helped us load the matress into our van. Great service!!!

Natalie and Amy were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They went above and beyond what we would have expected from an assistant to ensure we had the best deal possible and left happy. we will definitely be back as the mattresses we bought are excellent and the advice given was invaluable

The sales lady was very helpful in finding the right item for us as normally the beds are sold complete with a mattress. As we only needed the base unit, we had purchased a new mattress a few months ago, she to confirm the base unit we wanted could be purchased separately from the mattress. The base we had chosen will suit our needs very well.

I am waiting to move into a new property, and needed the items stored until I have a move date; you offer this service, which is brilliant. Amy, sales associate, was extremely attentive throughout, and her product knowledge was impressive; she did not approach the discussion as a hard sell, and showed great patience as I decided upon bed and mattress. She makes a great cup of tea too! She explained the order process and form clearly and precisely. If your store sold more than beds, I would have bought all my new furniture today! The staff were really friendly and helpful and could answer all of our questions. The Tempur mattress we tried was amazing. It was nice that staff didn't try and push us into buying the most expensive item...we managed that all on our own!! Would definitely recomend.
