Dreams - Lincoln

Ian explained the different types of bed they sell what the different colour pillows meant , showed us the labels and what we needed to look for then left us to look and lay on the beds which was nice not having any pressure. When we needed to ask afew questions he came straight over answered all our questions. We felt we got a good deal free pillows quilt and delivery. We were happy to pay for our old mattress to be taken away. We will be definitely be recommending dreams to friends and family.

We were warmly welcomed and directed to the type of mattress that we were looking for when asked if he could be of any assistance to us. Reece left us to browse however was on hand to answer our questions when approached. We were never pressured to make an immediate decision and given the time to browse and test out the options available - we were even provided with a pillow! Very friendly member of staff

Given very good advice on the products available, without being pushed into a decision. We spent lots of time choosing the mattress first as we were advised to do, and the chose the bed. Given a hot drink whilst we were making up our mind.

The staff member, Natalie, was very helpful, and I was happy with the products that I bought. The prices were in my expected budget and delivery date could be arranged to suit my house completion date.
