We was in the lincoln branch and we was served by a young new lady called natalie who was fantastic and given she hadn't been working there long, gave us the necessary information and helped us choose the right product for us. She was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She will be a credit to the team.

Friendly service , great payment options and reasonable price.

Assistance was offered, but we were not pressured into making a decision. A relaxed friendly atmosphere was in marked contrast to a competitor next door!

I was served by a lady called Amy and she was very friendly and easy to talk to which is very important as far as I am concerned, she was helpful and answered all of my questions surfice to say I purchased a bed frame and was immediately offered a hot drink which I declined but I shall definitely come in your shop again and also tell my friends. I was also happy with the delivery date as i only had a week to wait.

No pressure ,just excellent advice and help. It was a very good experience all round.

Clear and easy to follow the pricing of the mattresses and also how they are made with the colour coded pillows. All staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy.

Beacause Amy at the store in Lincoln was very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful when needed, she was not pushy at all with a sale as we would have left if she was (nothing worse) I also was impressed that the store manager made us a cup of tea We have previously purchased from dreams before and definitely will again in the future

Reece treated me exactly the way I wish to be treated when I shop. On entering the store I was given 5 minutes to look around and then he politely offered assistance, on being told I just wanted to browse he left me alone to do just that. When I did ask for assistance he was extremely helpful and polite. I did visit a different store to compare prices but returned to dreams purely because I was so impresseed by Reece
