Me and my partner were looking for out perfect bed, Ian the store manager at the lincoln store greeted us and explained what they had and tried to match these with our needs. He was very helpful and polite, we found the perfect bed and when it came to sorting out a deal he tried his best to give us a great deal, (a lot of them freebies) he also managed to get us a no deposit finance deal and tried his best to sort out a brilliant finance deal. We are so so very pleased with our experience there and purchase and with Ian. We highly recommend anyone looking for a new bed to visit dreams and even better visit the Lincoln branch.

I was nervous about buying a new mattress, as what if I chose the wrong product. I know nothing about beds / mattresses etc. shoes I'm expert on but mattresses not so much. The assistant was absolutely brilliant, her knowledge about the range of mattresses was in depth, she was professional and caring to what I wanted and didn't try to push any particular product at me, she really listen to what I wanted, it made the whole experience a pleasure, rather that the nightmare I thought it might be. I will never worry about buying a new mattress or bed again, I'll just go to Dreams.

Amy and the Lincoln Branch was very helpful. She showed me all ottoman type beds that the store had to offer and explained a bit about them all. Once I had decided I wanted to nip next door to Bensons for Beds just to see what they had to offer and she was very understanding about that. On return later that day another lady completed the purchase. She was just as friendly and very informative about coverage for damage etc. Delivery time was a lot quicker than I expected. Overall a very good experience.

The sales team were very helpful and stayed with us whilst we walked around the sales floor asking questions but I didn't feel annoyed by this.
