THE DREAMS REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LINCOLN STORE - REECE - DEALT WITH US PERFECTLY. NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HIM. MY WIFE IS HAVING AN OPERATION AND HE MADE US BOTH FEEL AT EASE, HELPING US SELECT THE PERFECT ITEMS WHICH WE NEEDED TO HELP HER RECOUPERATE AFTER THE OPERATION. No pressure sales, no swarming sales team trying to get a quick sale. Nice relaxed atmosphere where staff were available - if you required them. Wanted bed, mattress and pillows and as everyone does, asks for a deal. the manager came over and helped and I was very surprised, in a nice way. Was in store yesterday, bought items, and already at work today, I've recommended your shop in Lincoln to 5 of my colleagues. It was a refreshing change.
