We came in with an idea of what other suppliers' did about adjustable beds. The advices we got were clear, factual and the technical aspects were explained succinctly. Amy was very helpful, not pushy but always there if we had a question. Other staff members were friendly and helpful - the tea and biscuits were much appreciated.

Nat was very helpful and friendly and asked and listened to our needs, nothing was to much trouble, she explained the beds and mattresses thoughtout the shop. The shop was inviting lovely clean and tidy and enjoyed the lovely cup of tea just what my stressed husband needed. Big big thank you to all the team in lincolnxxx

Great customer service, friendly staff

I took my mother to choose a mattress for her & I thought it would be a long painful process, however we found the experience painless! I hate being bombarded with sales patter & pushy assistants. But Reece had the appropriate approach by allowing us to look first & offer advice & answer questions when asked & then leaving us again to decide. We liked his quiet, polite & informative manner. Also what became apparent was that the mattresses are colour coded with information on the back wall relating to each type (hard, soft, sprung etc) then coloured sashes on each mattress which is a brilliant idea. Just needs to be made a bit more obvious when initially walking in.

The staff were very helpful and at the same time gave enough space to let you wander round and look without feeling pressured. We were offered tea and coffee whilst making a purchase and we're chatty and friendly , making sure we got the best deal

Well laid out store, clear signage and helpful but not pushy staff

We went late in the evening, so there wernt any other customers. Yet the amount of dedication with which Reece looked after us was very satisfying, as a customer.

I found the staff very helpful and very friendly nothing was to much trouble.

Cheerful, and very helpful when asking questions about the product I have bought. I am coming back as I have seen a lovely bed that has caught my eye and I know the staff will guide me through the process even if I'm not sure in my decision. Being of the older generation I cannot even begin to thank them enough for there patience and understanding. So there you have it, I will be back!

Very professional and friendly team with excellent product knowledge. A good clean laid out store and we never felt pressurised at any time. We would definitely recommend this store Thankyou.
