Very welcoming on arrival at the store. No pushy staff, let us browse on our own. Staff available to answer our questions. To finish it off there was a free cuppa and biscuit!!

Help was on hand when we entered the store. No pushy salesperson greeted us as in other stores. We informed the salesperson AMY who we had dealt with before of our needs and were shown all the products in our price range. When the product arrived exactly on time and placed it in the bedroom for us. Thanks go to Michael well done. As we are pensions and price and quality are important to us. We are more than satisfied with the service and the quality of the product and have no problems in recommending your company and staff to our friends. WELL DONE TEAM

I placed an order online but was not informed till 2 days later that I could not receive my purchase till after Xmas. I rang the online shop and cancelled and asked for a refund. I rang the Lincoln store and asked if they'd help me find a bed before Christmas and they said they would try. I went into store and explained what is ordered and that is cancelled. The bed is ordered could not be delivered before Xmas however the staff found me a slightly more expensive bed that I actually preferred. I explained i wanted to spend less on the bed so I could spend more on the mattress. The staff (amy) explained how the mattresses work and showed me all different kinds, she showed me the one I'd ordered and helped me find the best one. I ended up spending 150 pounds more than I had online but for a much nicer bed and a better quality mattress and she was able to offer assembly and removal of my old bed in the price, all before Christmas. I went from being very disappointed with my online experience to being a very happy customer. Excellent customer service.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Great service. The lady that served me knew the products well and the stock. I described what I was looking for and she found it on the system for me.

Amy and another colleague greeted me once I'd entered the store, both very friendly. Amy assisted me on what was what in the store and was very knowledgeable in all the areas I asked about. She even went out of her way to make me a brew and also put a mattress on a bed so that I could try it out as it wasn't one that was set up. She also introduced me to the Tempur Cloud pillows, so glad she did as I added two to the mattress order. Dreams was the first of three bed shops so I couldn't commit to the deal, Amy was happy to reserve the deal based on this whilst I visited the other stores. Dreams turned out to be the best deal so I went back to order. Amy was busy with other customers so Ian finalised the transaction which was hassle free and straight forward. He also showed me some discounted products which I couldn't turn down! All in All, a fantastic customer experience! Thanks the the Dreams team for all your help.
