The sales assistant was very helpful but at the same time not too pushy and allowed us to have a look round and make our own decision then helped us finish the purchase. She also made us aware of special offers which we took advantage of too. Most of all we went in to store needing a mattress and left with one, so overall happy.

Natalie was the lady who assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful. She was also not pushy which made the whole experience better and I think encourages you to make the purchase more. Thanks Natalie!

Our assistant Elizabeth at Lincoln Dreams store was very attentive to us on initial arrival. She assisted in showing us different types of mattresses and explained the different products. We were offered a drink as we were the "early birds" and luckily for us no-one else was in the store. We only went in for a mattress however left with mattress, headboard, Tempa pillows & a duvet cover which was in the sale bin. Extremely satisfied customers :)

The staff were very helpful and informative and did not pester us ,but let us try out mattresses until we found the right one (we hope).

I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant who was able to show me the products I wanted and took time to understand my delivery requirements. All in all a very pleasant experience.
