Andy, the member of the sales staff who assisted us, was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Dreams products. He made sure that we fully understood the product we were interested in and was very patient while we tried different mattresses. All in all, we were very impressed with his efficiency and his making sure that we had the best product for our requirements and budget

The whole experience from the minute I entered the shop was of a high standard. Amy was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and I felt she understood my needs and how they might best be met but at the same time allowing me to be my own expert in what I needed.

Natalie at the Lincoln store went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information to hand to aid our decision. We needed a delayed delivery, some thing else Natalie explained to us. Her overall demeanor was very friendly and had a laugh along with us but still professional at all times.

This is the first time we have purchased a proper bed and mattress, normally we pick whatever is on offer or "will do". From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated as valued customers and the store colleague, Andy, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the products - not to mention, the conversation flowed naturally and it did not feel pressured. He listened to our feedback and adjusted the options accordingly to help us find the perfect combination.

I spoke to a lady in Lincoln called Natalie - she was an absolute gem when it came to me ordering my bed- nothing was ever too much. I came back 3 or 4 times to cement my decision and I never once felt pushed or rushed into buying anything. It was always take your time it has to be right which every other store was the opposite. I will be recommending friends and family to shop at the Lincoln store but especially with Natalie.

Elizabeth from Lincoln was very welcoming and friendly. She helped us finding the correct mattress and took the time to understand what we were looking for in terms of comfort and affordability - most importantly we did not feel pressured to purchase! Explained all of the financial options and gave us time to decide on what we wanted to do, the store itself was clean and was also offered beverages from another colleague which made the experience relaxing. Would highly recommend!
