We we3re offered a coffee pretty much as soon as we arrived. Natalie served us and was able to give us a steer in the right direction after listening to our requirements. She was very pleasant, efficient , bubbly and a credit to your branch.

The assistant, Reece, was very friendly and helpful; very clear in his information and knowledgeable about the products available. Offered associated products for purchase but wasn’t over pushy. We were made welcome and given coffee. Sale completed promptly.

We were greeted on arrival and listened to as to our requirements. We were not pressured to buy more than we were looking for. Ian (Manager) was very pleasant and knowledgable and guided us through our questions without belittling us. He made the whole experience such that we decided we did not need to go elsewhere to price match. Oh and the coffee was an excellent touch.

Amy, who dealt with us was an absolute star, very knowledgable, friendly, and not “in-your-face”! She gave us time to try the mattresses and time to think about it, very very pleased with the overall experience!!
