We were immediately seen by an assistant and having explained our needs she explained the various types of mattresses that she considered would meet our requirements we then tried several that suited both my husband and myself. We are both 90 years of age and I have a back problem and we both decided on one that we hope will suit us both. We were then given chairs and were able to sort out the paper work everything was explained to us and we were able to complete the transaction as an added bonus we were given a free pack of 4 pillows. We came out feeling very satisfied and would like to recommend the assistant who was so helpful

In the store Reece and Amy were extremely helpful. They were well informed, clear in their communication of the product and very supportive in the challenges of by our new bed. The made the experience a very positive one.

We had a very good overall experience with Dreams. We took delivery and had a couple of issues which were dealt with immediately and received a phone call within a few hours of delivery. I was absolutely delighted and astonished when I questioned the price promise which was honoured without any hesitation. I am surprised and nearly didn't bother mentioning my issue with the price promise as I didn't think it would be honoured. The gentlemen who dealt with the issue went out of his way to make enquiries and sorted the matter so easily. This was such a pleasant surprise as customer service once money has been handed over with most companies does not exist. Great experience all round and would highly recommend
