The knowledge and friendliness and politeness of the staff at the Lincoln store - in particular Natalie. They made a couple of old fogies very welcome.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful, without being "pushy" to make a sale, so we didn't feel rushed into making a decision about our purchase. Plenty of choice in the showroom.

Assistant was knowledgable, able to try lots of different mattresses before making a choice. Didn’t feel rushed.

We were looking for a good quality replacement mattress for our main bed and we found what we believe will be an excellent mattress which meets our requirements in the Lincoln store quite quickly. The member of staff to whom we spoke initially was helpful in directing us to look at what we told him we needed and in dealing with taking our order when we had decided what to purchase.

We found Amy very friendly and efficient,she couldn’t have been more helpful,after looking round the shop she quickly released what we wanted and went into the store room and came out with the bed head we were looking for,brilliant.
