The girl in the Lincoln shop (didnt catch her name) was brilliant.. she was able to recommend different mattresses... she was able to match the mattress collection fee,(we could get it free with the council ... blue badge holder) she gave us a date that wasn't good for us and was able to give us other days to chose from.. she was very friendly, chatty but professional. very happy with the service we got... came out of the shop smiling!!

The assistant was very helpful and knowlegeable, but not at all pushy. We visited several outlets that day but returned to Dreams as the service was the best even though the price was marginally more expensive.
