We were given an enjoyable experience buying our next bed. All our questions were answered confidently and we were given time to make our decision.

Staff very Friendly and welcoming - I was even offered a hot drink. Very efficient service. I was helped by Amy and she was very good at assisting me in my purchase. She was efficient in the way she processed my order - but she did not make it feel like a transaction. Very friendly service and Amy made everything very clear. Thank you

Natalie, a young assistant was first class. She knew her products and was a good saleswoman. She was confident and pleasurable. It was Natalie that won our purchase. This girl needs promotion. The other two in the shop seemed to be asleep or on mobile phones. Give her a raise. She is a star!!

Assistant very informative, gave us plenty of her time , but also gave us a lot of time to test beds out without pestering us. We were offered tea and coffee, which was very welcome. Ordering, sorting delivery and paying was very relaxed and quick.

Elizabeth at Lincoln valentine store was fantastic. She was helpful but not pushy like other bed stores and knew when to give me time alone to test the product and to provide advice when required. I never felt that I was having the hard sell like other stores which influenced my decision to buy with dreams. The only dissatisfying part is not knowing when my bed and mattress will be delivered as they are out of stock and I can't wait to sleep on them as I hope they will help with my back pain.
