The sales assistant was very knowledgable and gave me the information I required without hesitation. I was even offered a hot drink and had a cup of tea whilst in store. As well as the sale priced items I purchased I then received a further 10% RAF discount. Excellent value for money and excellent customer service.

The friendly staff , no hard sale and the price was very reasonable. An all round pleasant visit.

I have been searching for a New mattress for a few weeks now, I popped into dreams to have a look at what was on offer and was greeted by Natalie who was very friendly,helpful and polite. I asked about 2 mattresses I’d seen online and what the difference was as they seemed to be the same but Natalie explained the difference between them and I understood what the difference was. After viewing all the matteresses I chose the Bradbury and Natalie explained all about the finance options and gave me time to think about them. When I went back in to place the order for the matteress Natalie was a pleasure to be served by I enjoyed the little chat we had about all sorts of things aswell as the delivery and I feel she is definitely an asset to your store. I really hope the next time I use dreams I can be served by Natalie again as I feel she took the time to listen to what I said and actually took notice of the things I wanted.

Staff were very helpful. friendly and knowledgable Dreams appears to be the only store that will assemble frame beds in my home- essential for my needs

Having had a bad experience at the kitchen store I had just visited it was like a breath of fresh air walking into your store in Lincoln. The friendly assistant spoke to me as I entered the store and took on board my needs. From then on it went very smoothly no pressure just helpful information. Once I’d decided on the bed I was invited to take my time trying the mattresses. I was very comfortable with the process so I was happy to place an order. The staff member who helped me was very friendly,Being autistic they were very patience with my tendency to go off-topic and get sidetracked. Had a little banter about all sort of thing, overall a very nice shopping experience.
