I went in to order a single bed and bunk beds but went in store to check the quality of what I was buying because I was unsure with the quality of mattress

Excellent knowledge on the beds and explanations of each mattress, great selection

verry happy with the service staff. were very happy to help whith the item i was looking for.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful but also gave us time alone to walk round did not continue to bother us but was available should we have questions.

With the quantity of stock in the showroom, some guidance was essential. I received this, and was comforted by the interest shown in my requirements by the staff. Especially pleasing that the staff were able to provide me with a matching bed headboard in your sale. The staff could not have been more helpful (including coffee) and it was a good shopping experience thank you.

Visited your Lincoln store and was approached by Amy on arrival. She explained all of our choice options, available colours etc and encouraged us to test the mattress. The order was dealt with efficiently and Amy offered many other services, eg disposal of our old divan, delivery options, installation etc. She even assisted in the choosing of mattress protectors, pillows etc and explained the insurance option which we were happy to purchase

We were approached by Amy who was extremely helpful. She explained the differences in the slats and showed us examples. She also explained the differences in mattresses and again showed us several examples. She went out of her way to help us find the perfect mattress.

Friendly staff speedy service. Everything was made clear.
