Dreams - Lincoln

This was my second purchase in a month. I always return to Dreams because I have had positive experiences over several years.

The colleague was fantastic, she explained everything well, no pressure for the sale and she spent time talking to us rather than just trying to get the sale as quickly as possible.

We had found that our original choice of mattress was not suitable for us and came to discuss an alternative under you “30 day” scheme. We were able to resolve this satisfactorily with Amy and Natalie. While there we decided to purchase a bed for another room in our house; once again the advice and friendly professionalism from Amy and Natalie were excellent. Thanks to their help the ‘makover’ Of our house is coming along well.

Helpful, friendly staff who guided me through buying a bed for the first time. They were patient and hospitable woth me, and made the whole experience pleasant.

Our experience was great. The sales assistant didn't at all push us or make us feel pressured. Natalie was absolutely lovely and so friendly! Definitely made the experience stress free. The buying process was also quick and easy. We were offered other add ons but wasn't at all pushed. I would definitely recommend
