Elizabeth was really lovely and friendly...she spoke to me as soon as I entered the store...she let me try out numerous beds and explained all the differences in mattresses and bases...she was more than happy for me to take my time and be certain...and went over things as many times as I needed...and explained things very clearly to me. I have never shopped here before..but will certainly do so again and recommend the store to my family and friends.
