A member of staff made herself known to us quickly and was attentive and knowledgeable. When unsure of a particular product she made a phone call to confirm her thoughts on this product. She knew what was available and in which colour without any hesitation and processing the order was clear and easily understood. It was good to get options on delivery too.

We was given advice the suited our needs and left to look on our own, this meant we had the knowledge given to us by the member of staff but also we felt like we could have the space and time to try out the beds. Other stores had sales people followed you from bed to bed explaining why each bed would be the best choice so it made us feel very unrelaxed and pressured. Dreams has a good level of expertise but also a no hard sale feel.

We are a new couple moving into our first unfurnished house and the staff were more than welcoming, talked us through everything. Amy was an absolute star!
