I am a repeat customer and was impressed when Liz was able to confirm details on firmness of previous purchase (with which we are happy). She is very knowledgeable about your products and was able to guide me through alternatives. On a second visit Adam was equally informative. Your staff are professional, know their stuff and friendly; streets ahead of the competition.

The sales assistant (Natalie in the Lincoln store) was superb, and really talked us through our choices. She made us question what we thought we wanted, and we ended up changing our minds, which we really appreciated.

Have previously purchased a bed & mattress from Dreams. We had some issues with the delivery but the staff member we dealt with at the Lincoln store (Elizabeth) was so professional and dealt with our issues without any problems that when we needed a new mattress for a different bed we returned to the store to thank her personally. She took the time to deal with our new order and was as welcoming and professional as we found while dealing with her on the phone.

This was the first time my boyfriend & I were buying a mattress and bed together. I walked in worried & skeptical due to my partner and I having very different tastes in style and comfort preferences. Because of this Andy suggested we try the Sleep Match. Upon the results & Andy's knowledge we tried a variety of mattresses & pillows until we found the one for us. During this Andy explained how the components of each was working & what they were doing to support & comfort us. He then went on to help us find the perfect bedframe - the Florence ottoman bed. When ordering, I became concerned with the stability of the ottoman due to me being a larger person & worried how my weight would effect the stability of it as I had previously had an issue with an ottoman's stability. Andy did not pressure us in the slightest but took us around the store again to lift the corners of mattresses & explain how the ottoman was built to withstand great weight & pressure. This comforted me greatly & helped me with continuing our purchase.

I’m sure the girl that served me was called Emily, she was fantastic. She was so easy to talk to, helpful, found exactly what I wanted, showed me fabric samples, she was thorough and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

The staff in dreams couldn’t have been more helpful. I have a disability and they took the time to assist me with no pressure placed on me to hurry and no pressure to purchase that day. I tried several beds several times before going away to think about it and then going back a few days later to place my order. Again the staff were fantastic and patient explaining everything to me and making sure I understood and was happy.
