We had a fantastic sales lady Natalie she was very patient and explained everything to us, git us to try alot if beds and pillows to choose the right ones for us and answered all of our questions. Would definitely highly recommend Natalie in the Valentine retail park Lincoln branch as we felt under no pressure whatsoever whist in the store

The staff was extremely friendly and polite The lady was very helpful show me around the store trying mattresses for me absolutely amazing price wise brilliant and the quality of the bedroom furniture is outstanding

Natalie was incredibly helpful and didn't mind the enormous amount of questions we were asking. Both her and the Store Manager were involved in serving us and we did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. They gave us all the time needed to make the correct decision; which turned out to be very difficult due to so much choice. We were offered a drink which was nice as it did mean we felt again that we could take our time. Top notch service from your Lincoln team!

Sales assistant was quite new but very helpful & her colleague was happy to support her as she needed. She showed us where the mattresses we were interested in were in the shop & then left us to look telling us to call her if we needed more help. Nice not to be pressured to buy.

Phoned store before visiting they checked stock for me. Was approached by staff and given info on different types of mattresses and invited to try them out. Was given help to the car by friedly helpful staff member. Very happy with the service
