Our colleague Elaine was extremely helpful but not pushy upon arrival for a sale, we was given time to look at products at our own leisure. She had a good understanding and knowledge of the products and helped make the sale and our visit very smooth.

As soon as we walked into the Lincoln store we were made to feel welcome. The staff listened to our needs and explained everything extremely well. We felt no pressure or rush. Very happy with the service of the staff and products available.

Assistant Natalie was lovely. We ordered a mattress from sale . Not realising it was a kingsize. She pointed this out. They didnt have a double on offer but sge asked us if we wanted to order one in double and told us price etc. She was really helpful and friendly.

Natalie Smith was attentive from the very first moment i walked into the store. She gave me space to think about items and was then available when i needed assistance. I had not really gone to buy anything but the discounts offered were so good that i bought a new bed for my son ...... ironically he is going away to Fiji in September so will only be able to use it for a few weeks. Natalie was both friendly and professional as was her colleague who helped with costing bed linen. Charlie tested out some of the more expensive beds which he loved! perhaps nest time! He even paid for the construction of the bed himself so he must have been impressed.

Amy was very helpful, straight to the point without going overboard, which is just what we wanted. We had seen the items inline and they looked very good quality in the shop. I was please with the speed and availability of delivery.
