I was highly satisfied because we found what we were looking for, we both agreed on a mattress and the member of staff, Elizabeth, was super fantastic. Very down to earth and very helpful without being all sales persony.

Overall very happy. Shame we could not have had our bed sooner but never mind, worth waiting for! Happy with the service we were given! Would recommend Dreams!

Elaine was very friendly and helpful, she gave us the information we needed but backed off to allow us to try the product and discuss between us, but kept an eye on us and came over if she thought we needed further help.

The assistant Natalie was very helpful and understanding. She knew what I was looking for and tried hardest to make sure I was happy with my purchase by telling me about the Francis bed and the Hopkins beds, wasn’t sure on colours so she found another bed that would be similar, turned out to be too dark but was very helpful and told me all the info I needed to know.

We visited the Dreams Store at Lincoln twice, first as a recce and the second time to place the order. Both assistants Natalie on the first day and Elizabeth on the second proved to be an asset to your company. We were put under no pressure to buy and they had the answers to all of our questions. We now hope the product we receive is up to the mark raised.

We needed to purchase two mattresses and two pillows and that’s exactly what we did with great ease. Dreams did what it says on “the tin”.

Assistant listened to our needs & came up with numerous solutions.

Amy helped us throughout. She guided us through the store and explained the beds and mattresses. She then gave us time to look for ourselves and we felt comfortable.
