Dreams - Lincoln

The choice of beds was very good. We were not sure what we wanted and did not understand the difference in types of mattresses. Elizabeth was very helpful and explained everything carefully.

Had beds from dreams previously and was satisfied with beds this why came back to get more beds

Very quick to be served and had what I was looking for

I was impressed with the large range of products in the store. The staff did not "crowd" me but were fully available to give advice or information. I was surprised by the discount additions to my purchase and was offered a cup of tea whilst going through paperwork. Very friendly staff and I enjoyed the experience.

Natalie was very helpful in helping us choose the bed and mattress we wanted and was very good with our 11 month old son who was more than happy in your store. Natalie gave him a balloon and entertained him whilst we looked at beds . Thank you

I was looking for two single mattresses for my children. Elaine @ Lincoln was very helpful and explained first the different types of mattress and then was able to answer my questions about balancing comfort but also support for the children. I went in with the intention for spending £200-£250 per child but I ended up spending £300 each. There was no hard sale, and I left to have a look in another store next door with no pressure to return. I did return 10 minutes later and happily spent over my budget. Elaine had great patience for my children and happily chatted with them, another staff member offered us drinks and made squash for the children (even in plastic beakers!) Can not thank the staff enough making what would usually be a parent's nightmare so much easier. I would definitely return to Lincoln store in the future. Thank you team.

Friendly staff with good knowledge of product, helpful with delivery dates and generally good service

We were interested in two frames not in store. Despite problems with the website being down staff at the Lincoln store were very friendly and went out of their way to help us find the frame we wanted as well as pointing out a discount I did not realise we were intitiled to. The staff could not have been nicer.

Elizabeth provided great advice and was able to highlight products with wool in that we can not use due to our personal beliefs. This made our choice easier and allowed us plenty of time to look over the products. There was no pressure in the purchase and the store felt very relaxed overall.

Elaine was amazing, answered all our questions (and there were a lot). She was friendly and patient and happy to give us time to make our decision. The store was clean and tidy and the paperwork was clear and concise upon sale.
