We are highly satisfied with our experience at dreams, the pleasant & helpfulness of the properly trained staff that understood my health conditions& needs when purchasing a bed and the correct mattress. we bought a bed & matress 10 years ago from dreams (mansfield store) and it has been the best amount of money we have ever spent, and it has lasted us all these years! So now that we were ready for a new one, there was no looking on the internet or googling for a new bed/ mattress, we knew exactly where to go to purchase one, which provides good quality sleep & good for my health issues & very good quality & very good price, overall we would not buy from anywhere else.

We went in with only a brief idea of what we wanted, Amy was able to tell us the types of mattresses, the frames and the extras to suit us. I didn't feel pressured, I felt she was honest, Friendly and cared about what we chose. We went in, then shopped around and went back as we preferred the general feel of a dreams shop

The sales assistant was very friendly seemed to know what she was talking about, happy to help and patient even though im very indecisive! Lol

Dreams in Lincoln was the 1st choice store we looked in specifically for a single mattress for a child's bed. We was greeted by Assistant Natalie, and was shown just what we wanted with the 2nd mattress we veiwed, 1st one being a bit too soft. Delivery dates, paperwork and transactions was sorted efficiently and professionally by very friendly Natalie,

Asked us if we wanted assistance and said we are here to help of needed not push told us of offers only disappointment long time to wait for delivery

Your assistant Natalie was exceedingly helpful, we were not rushed, everything was explained and we were given the information and time to be able to make the right choice for us, at which point the execution of the order was highly efficient, together with delivery details and follow up from Dreams.
