The sales assistant Natalie was extremely helpful and knew her stuff. She guided us to make the right choice without being pushy or making us feel rushed. She then went away and came back with what we consider to be a great deal price wise. We were that pleased when we left we later returned with a small gift for her, something we have never done before!

Parking was good. The shop was easy to find and the postcode was correct on the website. There were enough mattresses to try out and Elaine was very informative and helpful. The sales process when sat down was a bit lengthy with quite a bit of information to go through and things to sign which seemed a bit over the top for a mattress and some pillows but overall the experience was good and we were in and out in 20 minutes.

I wanted a mattress. I bought a mattress. It was easy. What more is there?

First of all the product was spectacular. The customer service was also good as we were well looked after and was pointed in the right direction straightaway.

My initial visit when looking for my purchase I made to this store in Lincoln on triton Road. I felt the staff cared about me and did not push me at all when looking although they were very informative. I then went looking around the other major bed retailers such as Bensons Beds in two towns Lincoln and Boston, Oldrids Downtown in Grantham and also Boston but returned to this branch to review one other bed before making my purchase. Whilst here I felt the staff which were also different to the ones I came into contact with first were equally professional , informative and welcoming. As a result I made my purchase here.

Friendly staff who knew about the products and advised us without any pressure to buy.

We were confident we made the right choice,however only time will confirm this.Elizabeth was extremely helpful without any pressure and explained the subtle differences in the products.Her product knowledge is as good as we have ever experienced when buying mattresses.

The assistant had a very good knowledge of the products. She was keen to find what we wanted at the price we wanted. We never felt rushed or under pressure. She did not gret us initially - she was alone and on the 'phone - but we appreciated the time to look around by ourselves. Our order & delivery were dealt with efficiently. She was relaxed & friendly in her dealings with us & made the whole visit a pleasant experience.
