I visited the Lincoln store. The assistant Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire product range. I can defiantly recommend your product due to the helpfulness of this staff member.

Greeted, when we went into store, the products we were looking for were very well set out so you could compare very easily. We were very well looked after by staff member Elaine, who gave us plenty of information on all the products we were looking at. Was not afraid to negotiate on price, even if it meant trying to add some discount in on another product. Whole experience was very easy, and came out very happy with the purchase that we made.

The lady who served me was very polite, great knowledge about all the products. Explained things well about the service you provide. I was even offered a coffee while I waited , which was very professional.

Excellent staff, friendly and knowledgable! Was given time to browse without being harassed, great customer service and after being let down by another major retailer was impressed bed could be delivered within 5 days!

I have been undecided about a new mattress for over two years, being unable to make a decision about the best for my needs at a price I can afford, but with the quality I want. Natalie was friendly and approachable, gave me information that I could understand easily; without being patronising or pushy she outlined the ranges of mattresses on offer, explaining the differences in type in relation to my questions. Her attitude definitely influenced my sense of purpose and I felt comfortable about spending the time trying them out , without being embarrassed or self conscious, before deciding to buy.

Natalie, have us excellent customer service. She acknowledged us as soon as we walked in gave us a brief explanation about different types of mattresses and welcomed my son to take as long as he wanted and to try as many as he wanted. She left us to browse without any pushy sales pitches and was on hand as soon as we needed to ask for more details about particular mattresses. She had excellent product knowledge and was friendly and informative without putting us under any pressure. She made us feel comfortable and at ease and nothing was too much bother. Once we had made a decision she made my mother in law a coffee and went through the sale procedure methodically and explained everything well. Can’t express enough how pleased we were with good old fashioned friendly customer service. She is a fantastic ambassador/face of your company and will definitely recommend her and Dreams to friends and family. Many thanks for making a shopping experience ( which I was dreading) stress free.
