Elaine the assistant was very friendly helpful and very polite! She wasn't pushy, I knew exactly what I wanted and she didn't try to sway me or try to get me to spend more than I wanted to!! What I bought was really good value for money & the service excellent! Many thanks Elaine.

The assistant remembered me from my telephone order prior to moving to Lincoln. I paid the balance and the store manager found me a reduced head board at such a great price that I went on to purchase a matching blanket box.

We entered shop, and was greeted by friendly helpful staff, who assisted and advised what we need to do, felt comfortable they knew their business and our needs, we felt important whilst shopping, excellent service.

We walked in and were greeted, then within a good amount of time we were asked whether we needed help, not straight away as soon as we walked in as that is a bit much! We asked for a particular bed and were shown it and she talked about it thoroughly, explaining the details etc. We were offered a drink and were left to it until we needed help again when she happily came over to talk to us. We were offered a specific pillow to try with the beds as we had specific needs. No pressure to buy so we came back another day to purchase the bed and was very happy with the service with the same lady.

Staff in store were really knowledgeable and friendly. We were just leaving the store when the assistant Elaine asked us what would be our meal mattress, we explained and she directed us to a mattress we had not previously considered or tried; having tried every other in the store! We agreed to try, feeling sceptical, but loved it ! An expensive mattress but a free mattress cover and disposal of our old mattress sealed the deal!
