Went in looking for a mid sleeper for our son. Had exactly what we wanted lots of storage and customer sales assistant was friendly, helpful and gave us all the information we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also made a cup of tea for my parents that came with me. The lady that helped me showed me a few different types of mattress and was lovely

Very easy process and were made to feel that nothing was a problem. Staff were very patient and attentive to what we wanted. Quality and choices were excellent of all products that we were looking for.

We went into the Lincoln store to be greeted by staff saying "good morning" we were not hassled in any way, just asked if we were looking for anything in particular. Amy then explained the coloured codes which were a great idea and gave us a good insight to what we were looking for. Another assistant offered us drinks and we found the whole experience of finding the right bed for us to be relaxing and informative. Amy our sales assistant was more than helpful and guided us through the whole process smoothly and efficiently. Very pleased with the Dreams experience and came away very happy.

Elizabeth had fantastic knowledge of the product purchased. We were also provided with mattress options. Very friendly service throughout the store. We even had a quick look at a competitors store next door but had to come back to dreams as we were impressed by the products, staff and price.
