Very good customer service. All staff were polite. Offered drinks a few times.

The staff in store were very attentive, offering the chance to try the products and utilise the sleep assessor machine (not required). Efficient ordering process and optional extras offered.

Me and my partner are first time buyers and was on the hunt for our bed and mattress. We was completely confused about what we were looking for including size, type and colour. My partner had already had a bad experience from another store about sales men but walking to to this store we was met with friendliness and kindness. We was only approached when we asked, which completely changed my partners view on house shopping! Andy from the Lincoln store was brilliant not only did he take the time to listen to our needs and us bicker, he also moved furniture in the store to help me visualise the lay out and size we have available. He was able to answer every difficult question I threw at him and made our experience pleasurable. He helped us find a mattress that suited our needs and wrote down all the information so that we could think about it. We walked away that day and could not stop thinking of the mattress and amazing service that we received, this is what made us go back and make our second biggest purchase of the year!

The assistant was so lovely and we didn't feel rushed or pressured in to buying anything

Andy our assistant had huge patience and was very knowledgable as we were very fussy and re-tried several beds to get the right thing. He also helped with other items such as pillows and mattress protector. He could not have been more helpful and was not at all pushy. We really enjoyed the experience and will recommend to all ourfriends and neighbours!

From walking into the store to walking out staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful

I went in to store with my sister for her to purchase a new bed. I saw an ex display that that took my liking. Andy @ The tritton road Lincoln store was very helpful when I asked about the bed. He answered all my questions but didn’t pressure me into buying which I really liked. I purchased the bed and left vet satisfied

We were only going to have a quick look, but the lady who initially approached us, was helpful, not too pushy, but helpful and when we spoke to her a bit later, she did everything she could to assist

The staff were very attentive but not overly so. We were shown the sleep computer so this cut down our time dramatically and Liz showed us the mattressess that were relevant to our posture, we tried 3 mattressess and chose one with confidence. As I said in the past we have tried all the mattressess in the shop which took ages. When we went back to try again to confirm it was the right one and then we spent 20 minutes going through the ordering process. It was a relatively easy experience the staff were friendly and informative. Thanks very much. Cheers Tim Fryer.

Amy served us. She was so friendly and nice. She didn’t crowd us though. We had lots of space and time to look at stuff after she gave us a brief description of where to look for what we said we were after. She was ready to help when we were. She did the mattress compatibility thing with us and guided us regarding the results. She was just right in terms of her approach and made it a really nice shopping experience. Thanks
