I was wholly impressed with the service I received from the website the evening before I paid a visit to the Lincoln store. On my visit to the store I was greeted by a lovely lady named Elaine who offer both my self and husband a drink she was very knowledgeable with products I explained that I was looking for a mattress to keep me cool Elaine was very helpfully and show me a few mattresses that could help me. I also asked about the product that I saw on line sleepscent yet again I was impressed with Elaine's knowledge nothing was to much trouble. This goes to all the staff at dreams store there was a lovely young man and lady who I noticed was equally helpfully a credited to dreams employing great staff.i would return to this store and would highly recommend the store to family,friends and work colleagues thank you for making my visit a pleasure.

From entering the store everything went really well, the staff were friendly but not pushy and listened to our needs, while placing the order we were offered drinks and we got discount on extra products we bought, very good and would return.
