Dreams - Lincoln

Liz was as accommodating as possible we felt at ease and under no pressure. The shop was immaculate and had plenty to offer. The mattress we bought was not in store but Liz assured us that it was exactly what we wanted and a similar model was in store. we will be back again for beds in the future. thank you so much

We were approached quickly and the lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us enough information to help us make a decision and purchase on the day.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know took time to find the answer to any question we had. Very polite cheerful and friendly.

We were offered different options to try. Information on different mattresses. We were also oven a cup of tea!

It went very smoothly, helped all the way through! Was very stressful for me as it was my first bed purchase and couldn’t be any more happier!

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and friendly whilst professional and provided all the information we required.

We received a warm welcome and there was no high pressure selling techniques to influence us to make a purchase. The salesman (Stuart) spent a considerable amount of time understanding our specific requirements and invited us to examine selected mattresses.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and they explained to us how to navigate around the different types of mattress. We were then left to our own devices to look around, after a while and having looked at a particular bed for a few minutes we were then greeted again and shown how the ottoman bed worked and were able to ask some questions. We got the information we needed and said we would just have a quick look next door at Benson for Beds and this was revived in a nice manner (not like when we went next door and they told us not to shop at Dreams!). We quickly realised that Dreams was much more affordable and so went straight back. We were again greeted and offered a tea and coffee which we delightfully accepted. We then sat down with Elaine and went through everything including finance options we could take. After learning you gave 10% military discount we ended up buying 2 pillows, a duvet and cover for both the bed and mattress as it only worked out £60 more which we were really pleased with. We would highly recommend to our friends and family and use again ourselves (we’ve still got 2 more rooms to furnish!).

Felt very welcome as I was in a wheelchair. Plenty of space to move round and view products. Elaine was very helpful with my needs and very knowledgeable.

Natalie and Amy were excellent they new what I was asking and even asked me if I'd like a coffee. It's the personal touch
