The assistant was really kind and informative and was a great help in making our final choice. The bonus to us was upon delivery the delivery team "Andy and Kevin" were very cheerful and very helpful. Great well pleased!

The assistant, Amy, was great she evaluated our needs and helped us with being at all pushy. She was kind and very knowledgeable about the product. Couldn't be better it was like dealing with a friend!

Variety of different beds Elaine the assistant was very helpful pointing out style fillings pressure area's. Offer of cup of tea sit down talk through the bed we had picked. The offer of changing the matteress up to 30 days if we're not satisfied.

Any questions we asked were answered without hesitation. Pleasant staff were helpful in every aspect.

We just had a really good experience. We were purchasing a bed for my son and Liz was great with him and helped him to choose the right mattress and whilst we were going through the order we were offered tea/coffee.

Very friendly staff, I was served by a member of staff that appeared fairly new to the role. She received lots of support from an experienced staff member. Got exactly what I wanted but delivery time was a little but longer than I'd have liked. Nonetheless a pleasant shopping experience

We were served by Natalie, who was very friendly and informative and gave us all the information we required without being pushy or giving us the hard sell. She was happy to leave us to browse on our own - she actually suggested this - so we could try out the mattresses without feeling self conscious. Natalie also clearly explained the interest free options available to us without using jargon or shop talk. She was friendly, professional and efficient throughout our visit.
