The assistant was not pushy. She asked asked us what type of mattress we were looking for. Showed us the mattresses available and within our price range. She explained the mattreses what they were made of etc.

the sales team were very helpfull, and very knowledgeable on all the products and also took time to explain different variations and combinations of beds we were looking at.

Andy was knowledgeable about the products, but did not pressure us to buy. We liked the way he gave us each a mug of tea! The other staff were helpful, too.

we went into store to look staff very helpful gave us a print out to go and read at leisure. Elaine gave us phone number to ring if we need more info.Went back next day and purchased a bed.
