At Lincoln dreams the lady was most helpful, let us look at the sofa bed in our own time which I liked. .Then was very helpful and pleasant when I decided to buy.

The staff were very friendly, were not pushy and took time to ensure I found the right product for me. Also, I was impressed with the amount of time I would have to wait between paying for and ordering the product to when it could be delivered to my home.

The sales colleague in the Lincoln store was very friendly, accommodating to my two children and very knowledgeable.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by Liz. She asked me what I was looking for and whether I would need help. I told her that I was looking for a new mattress. She then showed me the beds near the entrance of the shop which showed the inside of the mattress and she talked me through each style. She then said she would let me explore by myself and suggested to lay the way I would at home to get the best feel of the bed. Once I found the right mattress, Liz then explained and helped me to buy the mattress. The main reason I was highly satisfied was because Liz was NOT pushy and allowed me explore the shop at my own leisure. I had been in other bed stores but the staff were very pushy and would not leave me alone. I would HIGHLY recommend Liz to other people.
