Very helpful fruensly staff who were available to help but not pushy

I went to the store today in order to purchase a new bed and mattress. This was a trip that was urgent as it was to replace a broken bed for my sister. I had no idea what I was really looking for when I arrived with the exception of the size of the bed. Natalie took the time to show me every different variety of mattress and explained the differences when comparing them. She also took the time to walk me through the different bed frames and was genuinely really helpful. An extra point that I feel should be made in relation to Natalie, is that she came up to me to see whether I had made a decision and whether I needed any more help after her shift had already finished. She then took the time to process my order and applied for credit on the purchase all whilst she was off the clock at the end of her shift. She is an absolute credit to the store and the brand name, and I felt thoroughly appreciated as a customer. She was friendly and clearly informed about the products she was selling, and took up her own time to finish dealing with me after the end of her shift had passed. I would not hesitate in recommending this store to others simply because of the level of customer service.
