From the time that we entered the store we were warmly greeted and offered assistance should we need it. This we did and your advisor Elizabeth was extremely help full to us with the selection of our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The sales representative Andy was very good he gave us assistance and knowledge on the beds but we didn’t feel pressured to buy a bed in this store which is very good considering there is another bed store next door. He listened to our needs well and we found the correct bed and matress that suited us after visiting the other bed store we returned to make our purchase .

I was in the Lincoln Valentine store, and was helped by a lovely girl called Natalie who was very helpful with the product, but we also had a very nice chat. She was helpful and recommended a couple of extras that have worked out well; but the main thing was the extra things, the conversation we had about travelling and places we had been. I was very impressed that i got such professional service from someone of such a young age, and she really is a credit to the store and herself. Thanks Natalie! Will

The service we received was spot on, the gentleman ( Andy ) that served us gave us all the information we needed without being to pushy and gave us time to think before we made any decisions.

Everything was great: the assistant was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and gave advice on the best deal. As I have not yet received the products I can't comment on the items themselves yet but the style was exactly what I was looking for. I am also happy that delivery is arranged for jus the right time for my needs.
