Had to change a product due to house size not compliant with original purchase. Customer care excellent and very accommodating. Efficient friendly service.

The sales representative Elaine seemed very knowledgeable. she gave us her undivided attention and showed us all our options after trying out the new machine in the shop which advised the best pillows and mattresses for our needs.

Immediate help available which I needed. I required an immediate purchase of a double foam pocket mattress to be transported to Amsterdam on Monday morning for my daughter. Immediate product knowledge shared and items given for me to test. I was given time to review website reviews and also had product taken to my car received 4 free pillows and was asked if I required any other products. Quick simple and easy service

When we entered the store we were greeted by the Store Manager. We had been in the store less than 5 mins looking at one or two mattresses when we were approached by Elaine who asked if we needed any assistance. We were looking for a mattress similar to the one we had bought 9 years ago from ourselves. After she had looked at the photo of the label I had took she took us to a mattress which she thought was similar to ours and it was. We did try 3 different mattresses but we still came back to the one she suggested as it was in our price range and comfortable. The store manager asked if we would like a coffee whilst we make up our mind on which mattress we would buy. Elaine chatted to my daughter whilst my husband and I made our decision. She was very professional in her work and offered an excellent customer service. The store had a very calm and friendly feeling. We were not pressurised into any purchase and we felt valued as customers.

Our salesman was extremely knowledgable and aided the search for my husband’s perfect mattress guiding him sensitively around the store. We weren’t long choosing the right one amid laughter and information retrieval. A pleasing cup of tea sealed the sale and delivery, perhaps a little longer than expected but nothing we couldn’t accommodate. All in all a perfect afternoon purchase. Thank you
