Viewed the product online so was happy to walk into the store and be greeted, told the assistant which item we was interested in, wasn't pressured at all and purchased bed and mattress, 1 happy 3 year old and parents thank you

The sleep system was good and we were seen to straight away. Staff were very knowledgeable and attentive and the range/ flexibility of payment plans was very good.

Elaine at Lincoln store was very helpful and listened tentatively to our needs and what we were looking for within our price range. Although the bedframe we eventually decided on was not on display in store, she was able to show us more styles from Dreams website without prompting. We liked very much how she allowed us to test the beds whilst also sampling pillows to suit our sleeping positions and at no point did we feel pressured to make purchases.

Dealt with both Amy store manager and Andy and both could not be any more helpful. We felt at ease with both. We walked in with no idea what we wanted and left with perfect bed and mattress. A few extras also! Both staff had so much knowledge in each product and knew exactly what was suited to us sleep wise and price range. Andy was absolutely brilliant, stayed & helped above and beyond. Can only thank them both for our enjoyable bed shopping experience. We walked away 2 extremely happy customers. Thank you
