assistant very helpful and considerate of my husbands needs as he has limited ability in a wheelchair having mobility issues. He was very knowledgeable about the features we were looking for. We were not definitely going to purchase on this occasion but found what we wanted with his help so made the transaction then.

Natalie and Amy were absolutely lovely. We had a few issues with the computers during our order and it took longer than it should have! Plenty of cups of tea and chatting kept us happy, thank you so much both!!

I was far from certain what would best meet my criteria. I was guided, but allowed to make my own choices and prevaricate as much as I deemed was needful. Staff were patient, helpful and good humoured. The whole experience was made pleasurable by this attitude.

Elaine was excellent as a sales lady. She organised some colouring for our kids to do. She was knowledgable, experienced, not pushy and gave us space and time to think about our purchase. This sale was down to her excellent customer service and manner and I am very happy about that.

Elaine was friendly and helpful without being too much. There were crayons for the kids which was much needed. The bed is lovely and good quality
