On entering your Lincoln store we knew we needed two new mattresses but we had no idea which type of mattress was suitable for our needs. Amy the store Manager was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us every assistance. Amy was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, professional but friendly. Very impressed with the whole experience, and the type of bed profiling equipment showed us both exactly what we needed. Thank you Amy and Dreams.

As soon as we entered the store we received a friendly helpful welcome from Liz. We explained what we were looking for and immediately directed to an assessment process which was extremely helpful. Another store person called Elaine took over and helped us through the whole process of finding a mattress that was suitable for our needs. Elaine showed us several mattresses that would suit our needs and explained all the differences between them which helped us to make our decision. Elaine went through the terms and conditions and the order summary and organised a delivery date that suited us.
