We were looking for a memory foam hybrid mattress. Andy, the assistant, took us through the testing and then showed us the variety of mattresses to test. The one we preferred was above our budget but Andy knew they had a similar model within our budget. We were delighted.

The ladies in the Lincoln shop were really helpful. They checked on the website for more details of the headboard I was interested in and also checked to see if there were any others that were similar. They answered any questions I had and nothing was too much trouble for them, even when I asked them to measure the headboard from a specific point and measure the width of the wings for me as I have a drawer devan and wanted to make sure the wings would not obstruct the drawers. I would definately recommend this branch.

Friendly and very attentive staff. Very knowledgable and listened to all our individual needs. Automated sleep analysis was extremely useful as it tailored our sleep styles to mattress firmness that we never even considered (Firm to V.Firm). The end result was a fantastic Tempur bed.

The sales c9nsultant (Liz, Lincoln store) was very friendly and very knowledgeable, she spent time with us to understand our needs and made the experience very pleasurable.

We were seen promptly. The Manager understood our needs. She gave us a demonstration of the adjustable bed and explained the difference between the various types of mattress.

The staff member Amy was very polite. She talked us through everything making sure we understood and during our time while the system worked out the ideal mattress for us Amy got pillows for us to use while we tried the different mattresses. We we got to the point of deciding which mattress to buy Amy was able to suggest ones within our price range and looked into getting the one we liked at a cheeper price making sure we knew all of our options. When it came to the final purchase section Amy made it quick and easy helping us get all the extras and booking in the right delivery date for us.
